PatriciaEVANSPatricia of Beechwood Close, Mold, passed away peacefully at the Cottage Nursing Home, Mold on 27th April, aged 74. She was the dearly beloved sister of Carol.
Funeral service to be held at St. David's RC Church Mold on Wednesday 21st May at 12.00 noon followed by interment at Mold Cemetery. Donations will be accepted towards St. Kentigern's Hospice St. Asaph.
